So why did I start talking about energy drinks..
I am so freaking tired recently, I cannot seem to feel up to doing anything at all - ever. I usually can get home from work [a 14 hour day with commuting] and feel like doing something around the house once I get home. Not lately. I feel so tired. With the fluctuations in temperature I have headaches a lot, and I cannot think about anything else then going to bed. I must be a pretty boring wife-to-be but I think most days Neil is feeling the same.
So I say, I may start drinking energy drinks.. taking "wake ups".. or plugging my nose and drinking coffee [ I do NOT like the taste, smell, aftertaste ect] - none of them are options. I'd like to start exercising and taking the dogs for regular walks again, but where is my energy!?
Lynsey and I are going to start aquafit in Orangeville, I'm quite excited. Julie and I used to do classes in Hamilton and I love the water!
Does anyone have any tricks? Something's got to kick this!
